Resumen
El presente artÃculo intenta reconceptualizar lo polÃtico a partir de asumir crÃticamente el vocablo
globalización. Esto es realizado desde el marxismo abierto. Entendemos que ello significa observar la singular relación que adoptan lo económico y lo polÃtico en el capitalismo en general y, particularmente, durante el periodo que se comprende como globalización (neoliberal). El argumento
versa en que a pesar de que lo polÃtico, asà como lo económico, necesitan territorializarse, ello no debe conducirnos a encerrar lo polÃtico en el Estado. Más aún, tanto lo polÃtico como lo económico se realizan globalmente. El objeto de lo polÃtico, el dominio de los trabajadores (en sentido amplio) no queda encerrado en el Estado sino que implica una dimensión global. Con el fin de ver esa forma de capitalismo neoliberal, nos concentramos en la Argentina, en el periodo abarcado entre 1989 y 2010. En este sentido, se revisitará y reconceptualizará la teorÃa del Estado en el mundo global.
Abstract
This article aims at the reconceptualization of the political by holding a critical assumption of the term globalization. This is achieved from Open Marxism. In order to do this, we observe the particular relationship between the economical and the political in capitalism in general and, in particular, in the so-called period of neoliberal globalization. The argument holds that, although the political needs to territorialize as the economical does, this must not lead us to delimit the political within the State form. Even more, both the political as well as the economical are realized globally. The object of the political, the dominium over workers (in a general sense) does not remain within the boundaries of the State, but implies, instead, a global dimension. In order to see that form of neoliberal capitalism, we concentrate on Argentina in the period between the years 1989 and 2010. That is why the State theory in the global world will be revisited and reconceptualized.
