Resumen
Las formas de habitar y el hábitat del medio rural en México han presentado en las últimas décadas una transformación importante; las caracterÃsticas tradicionales que se habÃan mantenido desde épocas remotas se han disuelto, para dar paso a formas de habitar y materializaciones basadas en nuevas representaciones sociales, resultado del contexto y la dinámica de la época actual; caracterizada, además del contacto cultural producto de los desplazamientos migrantes, por la amplia circulación de informaciones. El habitante del medio rural, quien configura y construye su hábitat, es parte de estos procesos de transformación acelerados, de la superposición de ideas, de modos de vida y de concepciones del mundo, que se reflejan en la reconfiguración constante de su concepto de habitar, el cual va a modificar la materialización y el uso-función del lugar donde habita.
Abstract
The ways of living and the habitat of the rural environment in México have presented an important transformation in recent decades, where have the traditional characteristics that had remained since ancient times dissolved, give way to forms of living and realizations based on social representations, result of the context and the dynamics of the current time, characterized also to the cultural contact product of migrants displacement by the wide circulation of information. The habitants of rural areas who configure and builds their habitat is part of these accelerated process of transformation, the overlap the ideas of ways of live and conceptions of the world. What are reflected in the constant reconfiguration of its concept of dwelling, it will modify the materialization and use-function of the place where it lives.
