Resumen
La práctica de observar e investigar instituciones plantea una relación particular entre grupo e institución. Esta relación, que corre en paralelo con la tarea investigativa, presenta una dimensión específica de fenómenos. En la medida en que éstos no sean tenidos en cuenta, pondrán en riesgo constante a los objetivos explícitos de la tarea. Los fenómenos propios de la relación equipo de investigación-institución "objeto" operan de manera paradigmática en el momento de acceso al terreno. Sobre todo en torno a dos aspectos propios de la "naturaleza" de las instituciones los que aquí se denominan como falla y cerco institucional. Este trabajo consiste en un desarrollo teórico donde se analiza el proceso que se sigue cuando un equipo de investigadores accede al terreno institucional, y finaliza con algunas "reglas de método" orientadas a facilitar la tarea de los investigadores noveles. El desarrollo teórico se sustenta principalmente con los aportes del análisis institucional, el psicoanálisis y la sociología de terreno.
Abstract
The practice to observe and investigate institutions presents a particular relation between group and institution. This relation, which is in parallel with the investigative task, has a specific dimension of phenomena. Meanwhile they are not considering, they will put in danger the explicit objectives of the work constantly. The inherent phenomena in the relation between investigation team and institution "object" operate in a paradigmatic way at the moment when they entrance to the site. First of all, about two aspects of the "nature" of institutions: those who here are called institutional failure and institutional fence. This paper consists in a theoretical development where the process is analyzed when a investigation team accede to the institutional site; and it finalizes with some "rules of method" in order to facilitate the task of new investigators. The theoretical development is mainly supported with the contributions of the institutional analysis, the psychoanalysis and the sociology of field.
