Resumen
El recorrido pretende articular mis reflexiones acerca del lugar de la violencia en la enfermedad psÃquica, violencia presente desde el origen y constituyente de la misma. Es un tema nodal y sumamente complejo en la práctica clÃnica; por ello planteo algunas consideraciones históricas, sociales y del trabajo interdisciplinario en salud mental y sobre los fenómenos transferenciales en psicoanálisis, en los que se escenifica fantasmáticamente la “subjetividad entre-dos” puesta al servicio de la comprensión de los mecanismos inconscientes que conducen a la repetición patológica y, centralmente, al servicio de la cura.
Abstract
The path that I have followed this work aims to go articulating my thoughts about the place of violence in mental disease, violence which is present from the origin and is a constituent of the same. It is a nodal and extremely complex in clinical practice issue and therefore I put some considerations of historical, social and interdisciplinary work in mental health and about the phenomena of transference in psychoanalysis, in which phantasmatically “subjectivity between-two” at the disposal of the understanding of the unconscious mechanisms that lead to pathological repetition and, centrally, is staged in the service of healing.
