Abstract
The theoretical problem that I intend to work on is the articulation of the difference and the unity and identification processes. For this I will focus on the constitution of the female subject in the Cuban Revolution, from 1959 to the present. I will do it through two analytical axes: representation, nation and difference; identification, agency and politics. Both axes are thought in relation to a tension that seems to me to cross the problematic of the subject in its two aspects (subjection and subjectivation): the traction between structure and agency. I will spin this reflection from two archives: the hegemonic discourse of the Revolution and the analysis of artistic productions. On the one hand, the Revolution, which is the authorized area to mean women, as a collective subject (I will use Fidel CastroÂ’s speeches, FMC practices and legal codees). On the other, I will focus on the difference and the processes of identificaciones, through artistic production.
