Resumen
Se expone una experiencia que tiene lugar en el departamento Grand´Anse en HaitÃ. La misma se desarrollada en el mes de abril del 2020, a partir de una necesidad manifiesta, y un escenario de emergencia de salud mundial: COVID-19. Se identifican cuatro lÃneas estratégicas: fortalecimiento institucional, capacitación, comunicación y participación a partir de las buenas prácticas que desde la Organización No Gubernamental SIKSE (Sociedad de Comunicación para la Información, la Educación Social y Económica) se realizaron. Algunos de sus resultados marcan una mejora en la articulación y coordinación de las estructuras locales, asà como alianzas de trabajo, adecuada comprensión del fenómeno por parte de los tomadores de decisiones y la población, entre otros.
Abstract
An experience is exposed that has place in the department Grand´Anse in Haiti. The same one you developed in the month of April of the 2020, starting from an apparent necessity, and a scenario of emergency of world health: COVID-19. Four strategic lines are identified: institutional invigoration, training, communication and participation starting from the good one’s practical that from the No Government Organization SIKSE was carried out. Some of their results mark an improvement in the articulation and coordination of the local structures, as well as work alliances, appropriate understanding of the phenomenon on the part of the drawees of decisions and the population, among others.
