Resumen
En este trabajo la autora hace un recorrido exhaustivo de la obra de Foucault desde el primer texto Enfermedad mental y personalidad (1954) hasta los dos últimos tomos de La historia de lú sexualidad (1984) para analizar la forma en que dicho autor construye y utiliza la noción de espacio. A lo largo del texto, Ma. Inés GarcÃa nos muestra la manera en que "Foucault dibuja espacios, superpone unos a los otros, los pone en relación y tensión, provoca vasos comunicantes, construye paisajes: del espacio del sueño al de la enfermedad mental para elaborar el espacio de la locura y de su experiencia: Del espacio del cuerpo y la mirada al del lenguaje y el pensamiento. Del espacio del poder al del arte de la existencia, el placer y la amistad, para cerrar el ciclo con los espacios-otros: las heterotopÃas".
Abstract
In this arricie the author makes an exhaustive review of the work of Foucault form his first text Mental disease and Personality (1954) to both last volumes of the History of Sexuality (1984) in order to analyze the form in which this author constructs and use the notion of space. Throughout the text, Ma. Inés GarcÃa shows us how "Foucault draws spaces, superimposes some on others, puts them in relation to each other, demonstrates the tension between them, opens up communication lines, constructs landscapes from the space of the dream to that of mental disease in order to recreate the space of madness and its experience. From the space of the body and the gaze to the one of language and thought. From the space of power to that of the art of existence, pleasure and friendship, closing the cycle with the other space: the "heterotopÃas".
