Resumen
Se presenta un acercamiento a los valores profesionales de los investigadores en educación en dos distintos momentos. La época en que se instituye los primeros centros de investigación en educación, y la época reciente en la que los investigadores participan de comunidades especializadas en investigación educativa, las cuales carecen de una adscripción institucional. El trabajo identifica formas de trabajo y de relación académica asà como valores profesionales distintos en el ejercicio de los investigadores dentro de las instituciones y en las comunidades referidas, de tal manera que se llega a concluir que sus valores profesionales muestran procesos de cambio y desarrollo.
Abstract
This study examines the values of professionals conducting research on education at two different times; when the first centers for research on education were established, and more recently, when researchers have been participating in specialized communities of research on education which are not affiliated with particular institutions. The study identifies different modes of work and of academic relationships and professional values among researchers within institutions and in these communities, concluding that the researchersÂ’ professional values show evidence of processes of change and development.
