Resumen
Con la introducción de las tecnologÃas electrónicas de información de masas –la radio en 1920 y la televisión en 1950–, el poder ideológico de los medios de comunicación colectivos paulatinamente desbordó la esfera de control y de orientación del Estado nacional tradicional y éste entró en una nueva fase de desarrollo vertiginoso que rápidamente rebasó los lÃmites de los controles polÃticos y jurÃdicos convencionales creados por el Estado mexicano. De esta forma, el moderno poder mediático se fue conformando paralelamente como un poder ideológico independiente que se enfrentó a los otros tres poderes republicanos formales que constituyen el Estado nacional (Ejecutivo, Legislativo y Judicial), e incluso en algunos casos los reformuló y sustituyó. AsÃ, con la consolidación del nuevo poder mediático, surgió lentamente en nuestro paÃs un nuevo poder fáctico que dio origen a la nueva Cuarta República Mediática en México en el siglo XXI, con su respectiva mutación estatal.
Abstract
With the introduction of the electronic technologies for mass information –in 1920 with the radio and in 1950 with the television–, the ideological power of colective mass media slowly overflowed the traditional national State sphere control and of orientation, and this entered into a new phase of vertiginious development which very quickly went beyond the limits of conventional political and law controls created by the Mexican State. In this way, this modern media power developed as an independent ideological power which faced the other three formal republican powers which constitute the national State (Executive, Law and Judicial Powers), and even in some cases it reformulated and substituted them. Therefore, with the consolidation of the new media power, it slowly emerged in our country a new real power which gave birth to the new IV Media Republica in Mexico in the XXI century, with its correspondent changed State.
