Resumen
Este trabajo muestra algunas características de la globalización económica neoliberal y sus efectos en el Estado, favorables éstos a la crisis de la relación asalariada. Al mismo tiempo, presenta varias de sus consecuencias negativas para el caso del Estado mexicano, formulando una reflexión final sobre las posibilidades de la reconstrucción institucional mexicana para hacer frente a los desafíos de la descomposición social, enfrentada a partir de la función punitiva estatal al criminalizar la pobreza y la miseria, en lugar de fortalecer los derechos de una ciudadanía universal, y evitar las exclusiones.
Abstract
This papers objective is to point out some of the characteristics of the neoliberal economic globalization and their effects on the State, those effects being favorable to the crisis of the salaried relationship. At the same time, this paper lists some of the negative consequences of the forenamed in the case of the Mexican State and particularly in terms of said States functions. It is done by means of a final contemplation regarding the possibilities for Mexicos institutional reconstruction aimed at facing up to the challenges posed by the breakdown of the social fabric, which is dealt with through the States punitive functions that in turn criminalize poverty and misery rather than strengthening the rights of a universal citizenry and thus avoid exclusions.
