Resumen
En este artÃculo, los autores analizan las causas de la crisis financiera asiática, desde la perspectiva del ciclo económico y la globalización. Consideran que el trasfondo de esta crisis, se encuentra en la disputa por la hegemonÃa mundial. Concluyen que aunque dicha crisis está afectando más a Japón y a algunos paÃses asiáticos, asà como a algunos emergentes de América Latina y beneficiando a Estados Unidos y Europa, pero, al analizar ésta, quizá nadie salga beneficiado y si en cambio, la población de la mayorÃa de los paÃses sea la perjudicada.
Abstract
In this is article, the authors analyze the causes of the asian financia! crisis from the point of view of the globalization and the economic cycle. They consider that the background of the financial crisis is in the dispute of world hegemony. To conclude that although this crisis is affecting more to Japan and some asian countries as well as emergent countries of Latin America being of benefit to the United States of America and Europe, but when this is finished, maybe no country will be reguarded and only the great part of the population of the world will be damaged.
