Resumen
Hoy, el problerna de la confianza es analizado por emprendedores, directores, consultores y académicos corno un elemento importante en el desempeño social y económico de las empresas. Este artÃculo analiza el factor confianza, de acuerdo a la metodologÃa del management socio-económico, desarrollado por Henri Savall, el cual contribuye a desplegar el potencial humano a través de la construcción de procesos para generar y regenerar confianza.
Abstract
Today the problem of trust is analysed by entrepreneurs, managers, consultants and academics as an important issue in the development of workers-managers relationships. Particularly, it is seen as crucial to get a good performance of the organizations. This paper discusses the extent to what the methodology of the socioeconomic analysis of the organizations proposed by Dr. Henri Savall is useful to generate processes of development of trust across the organization. It is argued that the methodology contributes to generate trust because it is based on the quality and the development of the human potential, and on looking for practical solutions to the specific context.
