Resumen
Uno de los autores mexicanos que logra atrapar al lector con sus cuentos breves y sorprendentes es Lazlo Moussong. En este trabajo se analizan dos de sus cuentos, La vampiresa y De Transilvania con amor; en éstos, Moussong logra sorprender con una amalgama acertada de ironía, parodia, humor negro, intertextualidad y metaficción. En los dos relatos, la figura mítica del vampiro, que se conoce por diversas narraciones escritas y cinematográficas, sufre un revés paródico; pues es insertada en situaciones inusuales y desacralizadoras, como morir por
parasitosis. Los espacios, los tiempos y la estructura son diferentes en estos dos cuentos; sin embargo, los dos poseen un narrador que nos remite al autor, consiguiendo así, textos ricos en anécdotas y recursos narrativos. El lector reflexiona y disfruta estas dos narraciones inteligentes.
Abstract
The remarkable short short-stories written by the Mexican author Lazlo Moussong manage to always fascinate the reader. This article analyzes two of them: La vampiresa and De Transilvania
con amor. These stories display a fine combination of irony, parody, black humor, intertextuality and metafiction. In them, the mythical figure of the vampire, a character we all know very well from a good number of written and cinematographic narratives, is parodied by Moussong. Here, the vampire is presented in rather unusual and desecrating situations, as for example dying from parasitosis. The setting, the time, and the structure of both stories are different; however, the two
have a narrator through which the author seems to speak, thus creating a text rich in anecdotes and narrative resources. The reader reflects on and enjoys these two smart narrations.
