Resumen
Las diversas implicaciones de las TecnologÃas de Información y Comunicación (TIC) están cambiando de manera radical la comprensión que se tiene del proceso de enseñanza - aprendizaje al integrar plataformas que permiten la interactividad y la presencia remota como formas de educación, mismas que en México han sido aplicadas con diferentes modalidades y procesos pedagógicos que van desde la Telesecundaria hasta el proyecto de Universidad Virtual del ITESM. Todos estos proyectos tratan en lo posible de potenciar las capacidades de la educación, sin embargo también traen aparejados problemas como la brecha entre quienes usan estos instrumentos y quienes no lo hacen.
Abstract
Some of the use of the new Information and Commmunication Technologies affect the education process in a radical way, integrating interactive media and teleprescence as forms of education, some of them used in Mexico with a variety of methods which come from Telesecundaria project implemented by the Education Ministery to Universidad Virtual, a project from the Monterrey Institute of Technology. All of those projects have the main purpose to maximize the capabilities and extension of the educatuve process. But also potential problems could appear like the "knowledge gap" problem and the sociel differences between those who use and learn using those technologies and all the people who doesnt't have thw technological knowledge.
