Resumen
El autor desarrolla su concepto de estructuras
flexibles interiores referido, en
principio, a la seguridad estructural por
efectos de sismos y a la determinación de
los costos que representan los esfuerzos y
procedimientos constructivos para la
obtención de claros estructurales; también
se plantea que la forma más elemental de
flexibilizar el espacio habitable en la ciudad
de México, es mediante la interacción de
dos viviendas.
Abstract
The autor developed his concept of flexible
interior structures starting from the
structural security in case of earthquakes
and the cost resulting from the building
procedures in order to get certain structural
spans; besides, it is also discussed that the
most elementary way to flexibilize the
dwelling space in Mexico City is through
the interaction between two dwellings.
