Resumen
El presente trabajo tiene por objeto caracterizar a la docencia y sus elementos constitutivos desde la perspectiva del Análisis de la práctica educativa. Sostiene también que la acción colaborativa entre profesores favorece la construcción de sistemas de significados comunes, lo que permite constituir comunidades de práctica y de discurso. Sustenta que cualquier sistema de evaluación de la docencia debe fundarse en el reconocimiento de su naturaleza socialmente construida y que la mejor forma de lograr mejoras en la práctica docente es a través de un proceso colaborativo en el que se involucre a los participantes de las comunidades académicas en los procesos formativoevaluativos.
Abstract
The present work has as goal characterize the teaching and its constitutive elements from the perspective of the analysis of the educative practice. It maintains also that the collaborative action between teachers benefits the construction of systems of common meanings, which allows constituting communities of practice and speech. Also it sustains that any system of teaching evaluation must be founded in the acknowledgement of its socially built nature and the best way to achieve enhancements in the teaching practice is through a collaborative process in which the participants of the academic communities are involved in the formative-evaluative processes.
