Este artículo tiene la finalidad de mostrar el papel que actualmente tiene la migración indígena en las estrategias de reproducción de las comunidades campesinas indígenas, migración que se realiza hacia diversos destinos, en diferentes periodos y con una duración también distinta. Ejemplificamos esta migración en la región pluriétnica conocida como la Montana de Guerrero, donde dicho fenómeno representa uno de los elementos que generan actualmente los principales ingresos de su población y que promueve cambios sustantivos en la estructura de las familias y las comunidades y en cuanto a su percepción como población perteneciente a comunidades con un arraigo cultural singular.

This article's aim is to demonstrate the role that indigenous migration is currently having in the reproduction strategies of the rural communities, indigenous; migration that is realized towards different destinies, in different periods from time and with an also different duration. We exemplify this migration in the welllknown multi-ethnic region like the Mountain of Guerrero where this phenomenon is representing one of the elements that at the moment generate the main income of their population and that promotes changes nouns in the structure of the families and the communities and as far as their perception like population pertaining to communities with a singular cultural root.
