Resumen
En el presente artÃculo se indaga sobre los cambios que han ocurrido en las últimas décadas en el plano de la ética y del tipo de dominación, al modificarse las condiciones y las organizaciones del capitalismo industrial. Siguiendo a Max Weber y resaltando la relación que establece entre el tipo
de dominación legal racional; la organización burocrática, y el “espÃritu del capitalismo” de la ética protestante, en este texto se establece una correspondencia entre las condiciones que el capitalismo postindustrial y las nuevas organizaciones imponen al individuo, y la proliferación de ese cúmulo de
prácticas y discursos semi-seculares y semi-religiosos que se agrupan bajo el nombre de “religiones de la nueva era” o del New age. Avanzando de este modo se dilucidan las caracterÃsticas del presente tipo de dominación.
Abstract
In the present article it is investigated on the changes that have happened in the last decades in the field of the ethics and of the type of domination, on there having modified the conditions and the organizations of the industrial capitalism. Following Max Weber and highlighting the relation that he establishes among the type of legal rational domination; the bureaucratic organization, and the “ spirit of the capitalism “ of the Protestant ethics, in this text establishes a correspondence among the conditions that the postindustrial
capitalism and the new organizations impose on the individual, and the proliferation of this heap of practices and semi-secular and semi-religious speeches that are grouped under the name of “ religions of the new age “ or of the New age. Advancing thus there are explained the characteristics of the present type of domination
