Resumen
A la comunidad se le identifica con la vida tradicional. En esta, la sociabilidad viene dada por la adscripción y pertenencia a un continuo. De ahí que la comunidad sea vista como una organización social natural. Los procesos de diferenciación y especialización van dejando atrás mundos arraigados. La modernidad y los valores universales se enfrentan a la resistencia de los mundos comunitarios. La comunidad queda como una fuente de resistencia, un refugio y una proyección de un mundo armonioso, ante los embates de la modernidad, la racionalidad y el individualismo. El comunitarismo tradicionalista entra en retirada, lo que no ocurre con la búsqueda de la comunidad como protección y como aspiración de un mundo más integrado y cohesionado.
Abstract
The community is identified by the traditional life. In it, the sociableness is given by the attachment and belonging to a continuum. Hence that the community is seen as a social natural organization. The processes of differentiation and specialization have left behind deep-rooted worlds. The modernity and the universal values face the resistance of the community worlds. Communal remains as a source of resistance, a refuge and a projection of harmonius worlds, before the batterings (onslaught/attacks) of modernity, rationality and individualism. The traditional communitarianism retreats, but this does not happen with the search of the community as protection and as aspiration of a more integrated and cohesive world.
